Your responsibilities
  • Support HR transition projects with providing assistance in process assessment and scope definition
  • Participate in knowledge transfers and other service transtion activities
  • Support HR Business Process Analysts in HR system implementation tasks
  • Investiage and deploy connection between systems and processes
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE (HR Solution Center Europe)
  • Support Change Request Management activities on country level, for entire HR Service system landscape (Success Factors, OpenText, ServiceNow) including the submission, follow-up, and implementation of defined change requests
  • Document business requirements in user stories and align with relevant IT and business stakeholders for SF EC, HR ServiceNow and OpenText
  • Support HR Business Process Analysts in liaison with the IT organization in handling questions and solve Tier3 escalations
  • Support all Access Management activities, providing access and solving access related issues - for HR operation for SF EC, HR ServiceNow and OpenText
  • Support Role assignment and solving role related issues - for HR operation for SF EC, HR ServiceNow and OpenText
  • Participate in system and process improvements
  • Support Testing coordination tasks following new SCE related releases, changes an extensions to new geographic markets and document accordingly and write test cases
  • Assist with HR knowledge management activities
  • Participate in other system related project tasks
  • Create and update system and process documentation
  • Train new and existing employees about processes and usage of HR systems
  • Support the administration of HR processes and procedures along the employee life cycle and complete daily operational activities
  • Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access to be in line with policies

Your profile
  • Completed studies in business administration or comparable degree, ideally with a major in HR Management
  • > 3 years of profound experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Experience in HR projects (HR transition and / or HR system implementation)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into impactful messages/insights
  • A continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
  • Good communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills as well as interest in being in close contact to employees, managers and local HR
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, esp. when managing multiple open requests
  • Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation
  • Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SF EC, ServiceNow and OpenText beneficial
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Fluent in French (required)
