Tribe Testing Engineer with French Tribe Efficacité et Gestion

We are looking for a French-speaking End-to-end Testing Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will focus on both manual and automation testing tasks.

End-to-endTestEngineerfortheTribeisresponsiblefor:

• Ensuring the implementation, execution, and updating of test campaigns
• Guaranteeing the functional quality of Features
• Ensuring the testability of Features to be delivered
• Enhancing the technical and methodological standards of testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the product testing strategy
• Design, write, and execute validation test plans for the features in scope
• Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria for user stories and write associated acceptance scenarios
• Contribute to the definition of the "acceptance criteria" for features and write the associated acceptance scenarios (risk policy, Expert System)
• Lead the test automation strategy for the tests in scope
• Be responsible for the test repository and its maintainability
• Ensure reporting on the progress of tests and track anomalies, and produce test evidence
• Provide the necessary elements for drafting the minutes and test report
• Drive business-related testing
• Collaborate and interact with testers in the Tribe Squads, Product Manager, Product Owner, Chapter Lead, Tribe IT Lead and as needed with the other Tribes.
• Collaborate with the Center of Expertise

What we are looking for:

• Advanced French level, written and spoken
• Previous experience in Agile way of working
• Previous experience with management tools and processes for manual and automated testing
• Previous experience with Postman (REST requests), SoapUI
• Previous experience with JIRA (tracking anomalies/backlog/user stories within the squad)
• Use of the Octane tool after UFT but via an excel file and the JDD BOT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate efficiently with the team (business, developers, POs)
• The ability to work and collaborate with others
• The ability to lead, to take decisions and to coordinate
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification would be a plus
• Experienceinbankingprojects
