As a Value Realization & Methodology Expert you will be the bridge between our customers' needs and our product development teams. This role is central to ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to clients - particularly in the government sector - while aligning with our product vision and strategic priorities. You will lead customer-facing workshops, deliver training, capture business and technical requirements, guide solution design, and champion customer perspectives throughout the product lifecycle.

You'll play a critical role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they meet customer needs throughout their lifecycle, stay in touch with our strategic customers making sure we understand them and consistently deliver value through our products as well as push new business and support ongoing pre-sale activities (discovery, RFP/RFI/RFQ, proposals).

You'll collaborate closely with sales teams as well as with corporate, R&D and support functions.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Delivery of advanced trainings to customers mainly abroad
• Deliver onsite methodology, operational trainings and workshops - up to 50% travel abroad
• Performing demos and POCs for customers pre-sales and marketing sessions
• Acting as the bridge between our company and our customers, channeling their needs, desires, and feedback with equal passion and precision

For that mission you'll need:

• Fluent spoken and written English and French
• Excellent presentation skills and training experience
• Experience working with various technologies: Telecommunication (GSM, Telephony), IP, Infrastructure (Networking, Virtualization, Databases, Storage, etc.), Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Big Data (Hadoop, Kafka), Cloud Native (Kubernetes, Dockers etc.)

What will be a differential, but is not mandatory?

• Experience with SIGINT collection systems (such data analysis/mining, GIS, cyber) - nice to have
• Familiarity with GSM and cellular networks - Advantage
• Intelligence background in a technological collection organization (intelligence users from police or similar)
• Familiarity with IP and Packed data world - Advantage
• Content development skills
• Experience with operational intelligence collection - Advantage
• Experience in working with end customers - demos, implementation, collecting requirements - Advantage
• Experience in training & documentation creation or as a technical instructor - nice to have

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel to client locations as needed - up to 30% of time
