About the roleAs a
Customer Web Design Intern at Amenitiz, you play a key role in guiding clients through the onboarding phase. This involves tailoring websites to match their specific preferences, offering expert advice on how to enhance their online visibility, and helping them maximize direct bookings. Additionally, you ensure their complete satisfaction while facilitating a seamless adoption of the product, making their experience with us as smooth and successful as possible.
Your mission- Engage directly with our new customers, comprehensively understanding their requirements and translating them into the website building process (i.e. use of an internal tool), making sure to uphold commitments to time and quality.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout, accelerating their path to early success with their websites.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our Account Executives and Customer Onboarding teams, leveraging their expertise as needed.
- Establish effective connections with domain providers and webmasters to gather essential domain-related information.
About you- You are a native French speaker with proficiency in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Your strengths lie in excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy, allowing you to consistently see things from the customer's perspective.
- While your interests lies in graphic design, web design, or the tech environment, your unwavering commitment is always centered on the customer service. Bonus points if you have prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Your inherent qualities include exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in planning and executing your tasks.

- Documentation allowing you to work in Spain full time (40h/week)
