Working Student Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) fluent in French and English in Berlin. If you are interested in gaining hands on experience in a global corporation, and you are motivated and a team player, we look forward to getting to know you soon. This exciting job is a
temporary 6 to 24 months working student contract.
Your tasks: - Process customer payments and manage accounts (including returns, rebates, refunds, and discrepancies)
- Generate and manage financial documents (statements, dunning letters, manual invoices, cheques)
- Perform reconciliations and balance confirmations
- Assist with closing activities and calculate financial provisions (write-offs, bad debts)
- Engage in customer collections and support business units (daily requests, meetings)
Your Profile: - BA or MA degree in progress. Areas of preference are Business Administration, Accounting or Economics. Correlated areas such as International Relations as well as other areas of the applied social sciences will be considered
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance is a plus
- Organized, detailed oriented, and able to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Excellent communication skills and team mindset
- Fluency in English and French is essential. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
