CRM at bonial is all about our users: Our goal is to make sure we send the right message to the right user at the right time and to maximize their retention. By combining data and creativity we aim to create the perfect user journey in strong collaboration with the Product, Data, and Sales teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Support our CRM team in executing daily user communication via push notifications, newsletters and in-app messages
• Assist with community management: Respond to user reviews in app stores and handle incoming support requests via our ticketing system
• Monitor, categorize, and report recurring user feedback and issues to help improve product and communication flows
• Collaborate with other teams such as Product and Online Marketing to ensure consistent and user-focused communication
• Help maintain and optimize lifecycle and automated campaigns
• Support the CRM team with operational tasks such as setting up campaigns and basic reporting

Your profile:

• Outstanding French language skills and a very good (B2) English language level
• You are currently enrolled in university in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication, Business, or similar
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• First experience with digital platforms or customer communication is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM or ticketing tools is a bonus
