Your responsibilities- Collaborating with vendors on resolution of outstanding accounting cases (i.e. rejected invoices, statements of accounts)
- Providing coding and approving invoice exceptions, support transactions and resolve issues
- Following up and resolving open balances and inquiries
- Resolving rejection failures in payments
- Reviewing and approving vendor master data changes
- Supporting recording and reconciliation of the T&E costs debit balances / overpayment recoveries
- Supporting Velux Operations India (VOI) in handling deviations to standard process flows
- Supporting VELUX employees from specific locations within accounting/ payment issues
- Handling and resolving questions and issues raised by our business units, related to Procure to Pay and Vendor Master Data
Our requirements- Understanding of financial accounting and its principles
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in accounting area
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Very good communication in both: English and French (min. B2 level) - MUST HAVE
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Self-driven, proactive and flexible
- Great communication skills and a constructive mindset towards challenges
- Feeling of ownership and responsibility for the tasks
- Team player, with can do attitude
