What you will enjoy doing

  • In this role you will process a high volume of invoices in an accurate and timely manner
  • You will raise and record all internal debits/credits needed to manage the ledger.
  • You are responsible for managing generic shared email inbox on a daily basis ensuring timely response.
  • You will manage all queries that arise to ensure invoices get paid on time.
  • Reconcile bank statement to ensure all items are followed up on including partnering with local finance teams will be part of this role.
  • Critical activities in this role will include closing all ledgers on time, Intercompany statements reconciled, key month-end reporting and complete AP to GL reconciliations, running reports to assist you in maintaining a clean ledger.
  • You will review the weekly payment run file and create and maintain supplier set-up's & bank verifications.


What makes you great

  • You must have French as an additional language
  • You are educated to 2:1 Degree or equivalent, preferably business/finance related.
  • You have previous experience working within an international Finance/Accounts Payable organisation.
  • Further you must have robust systems knowledge and strong excel skills (Previous experience working with Oracle is an advantage)
  • Additionally, you possess the demonstrable ability to problem solving experience and thinking, managing supplier accounts and reconciliations.
  • You have strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
