We are seeking for one motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Intern, who is fluent in French and would like to join our dynamic EMEA Credit and Collections team in Budapest. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting, while supporting the daily operations of the AR department. If you're currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance, or Accountancy and are looking to develop practical skills in a professional setting, we encourage you to apply!

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Provide support for the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
• Assist in managing and organizing the department's email mailbox.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
• Execute various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow within the AR team.

You are looking for us, if you have:

• Student Status: Should be an active or passive Hungarian university student status, pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, or Accountancy.
• Language Skills:
  
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Fluency in French is required.
• Technical Skills: Confident in using MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Soft Skills:
  
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
