AP Process Coordinator with FrenchThe Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. The AP Coordinator will work closely with the AP team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities: - Monitoring of the AP (P2P) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervision over established KPIs, setting and implementation of KPIs
- Payment management, coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries
- Analyzes data, preparation of reports and other commissioned documentation
- Address more complex issues with the relevant teams within the organization to pursue a permanent resolution
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Streamlining / standardization / automation of the AP and P2P process
- Assist in the development and implementation of AP policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function
- Oversee system implementations and upgrades for all systems related to accounts payable
- Building and sustaining positive relations with the clients, while effectively conducting negotiations,
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel - the ability to create macros is welcome,
- Fluent communication in French (minimum C1),
- Good command of English language (minimum B2),
- SAP knowledge,
- High communicativeness,
- Assertiveness and the ability to convince,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and work in a team,
- High personal culture in dealing with the client.
- Able to multi-task and work with a diverse international team while consistently delivering excellent customer service
