ABOUT THIS JOB

The Associate Client Solutions Architect role is responsible to ensure all client deliverables with high quality and timelines. This role will be a bridge between NielsenIQ & clients from multiple industries, it will also be a center of communication between all NielsenIQ Operations & clients in terms of client specificity & queries handling

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interface between the Operations and Client.
  • Responsible for the timely provision of resolution to client queries based on the agreed service level to highest possible quality
  • Responsible for resolving client queries using defined processes while ensuring clear and transparent communication
  • Needs to work with Dynamic tickets, driving resolutions and ensuring completion from responsible teams.
  • Accountable for implementation and responsible for the coordination of BAU change requests, including validation.
  • Update and maintain project documentation to ensure the highest quality deliverables
  • Role to collaborate with; Commercial teams, Operation teams and Client business teams.


A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

A successful Associate Client Solutions Architect ensures timely and with quality deliverables for the client. This role is a bridge between operation & clients for all types of industries like (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). S/he is expected to identify, investigate and co-ordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries and also be the point of contact for commercial queries which also needs to be solved in an efficient and client focused manner

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Any Graduate, preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, BBA - For Band 8 (Associate Client Solutions Architect)
  • French language Certification
  • 2-3 years of International operational experience
  • Understanding of Nielsen products and RMS + CPS process
  • Understanding of RMS technology platforms and solutions used
  • Operations knowledge
  • Proficient in Google platforms of collaborations/ MS office tools/ NAD/ Advisor / Nielsen Insight Studio as a user
  • Understanding of Dynamics
  • FMCG knowledge
  • Exposure to Nielsen data is a plus
  • Relevant TCS experience- 1 year and above (Band 8)
  • Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
  • Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
  • Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
  • Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency


Soft Skills:
  • Communication skills, with Advanced knowledge of French language, both written and oral
  • Ability to build relationships across regions and cultures to establish a network
  • Influencing Skills, Coordination Skills, Trouble shooter, Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and ask for support when required
