The work can be managed remotely - with time-to-time office presence depending on the team's agreement and the demand of the respective professional area - from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and support them with our software suite's product usage, enabling commercial charging infrastructure to operate.
- Support with analysing, documenting and eliminating complex malfunctions that we receive.
- Recognising and eliminating error patterns in our backend and frontend applications
- Contributing to further developing and optimising our products, features and processes: we want you to think about how we can improve the processes whilst working with them!
Technical contact person for our customers during commissioning and for the charging infrastructure already in operation.
Required Skills and Competencies:- Customer-oriented and helpful demeanour paired with a solution-oriented way of working
- High level of self-motivation and excellent analytical skills to find the best solution for the customer, even for complex problems
- You bring in good communication skills and ideally enjoy engaging in different languages
- You are happy to challenge the status quo, provide new ideas and address challenges always eager to improve
- Ideally, you are familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban and ideally SAFe
- Interest in getting to know our charge point management solution and learning about new software tools, experience in the EV charging business would be an advantage.
Experiences and requirements:Education:
- University degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or other technical background
- Education in foreign languages spoken in Europe is highly desired or affinity for languages
Work experiences - time/seniority/sector:
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science and/or of several years of practical experience in the IT support area
Technical/ IT knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and some experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Language - with level
- Very good written and spoken English skills AND intermediate German or French skills
- We are looking for further languages spoken in Europe along with our expansion, particularly but not limited to Spanish, and Italian.
Mobility requirements
- As per need - usually 2-4 weeks per year to Germany or similar
