Role: Bid Administrator-French and English Fluency EssentialReporting to and working alongside the Bid Manager, the Bid Administrator will take an active role in the end-to-end proposal campaigns for Medius. Responsibilities will include the importing RFx's into Loopio, running Magic (a tool that automates the first pass review) and validating the standard responses as well as the coordination of other administrative tasks essential to bid management. The Bid Administrator will also oversee the maintenance and organization of bid template documentation and the tracking of bid milestones. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines, strong people management skills, and excellent organizational capabilities in a dynamic sales environment.
Experience Candidates will ideally have experience in Software & Services and the co-ordination of tasks ad activities in line with set timelines. The candidate will also have experience of coordinating and updating a central knowledge base, managing version control of documents, and experience with product-based proposals and administrative support.
Qualifications Skills / Competences - Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office.
