Job DescriptionPosition Overview:As a Business Analyst for Chubb's e-trading platform (Ignite), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the platform's functionality and user experience. Ignite is Chubb's market-facing platform aiming at enabling our partners to generate new business autonomously, plus the digitalization of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and articulate business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs and platform functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the Ignite platform, recommending actionable solutions.
User Experience Optimization:
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria that accurately reflect business needs and requirements, working closely with the IT team to ensure the delivery of high-quality features.
Project Execution:
- Participate in sprint planning and prioritization sessions, ensuring that business value is maximized in the product backlog.
- Actively support the Agile development process by attending daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, providing insights to enhance efficiency and product outcomes.
Documentation & Communication:
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption of new features.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure that platform enhancements meet their needs and streamline workflows.
- Maintain strong relationships with IT and data teams, ensuring alignment on platform developments and integrations.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Create and present regular reports to stakeholders, summarizing project progress, insights, and recommendations for future enhancements.

- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

QualificationsRequirements: - Native/bilingual level in French is a must.
- Advanced level in English(C1)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous insurance experience is a strong plus.
- Strong abilities in conducting research, data analysis, and complex problem solving.
- Excellent collaborator and strong interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
