Business Service Specialist to support our Business customers and drive our business, analyzing and developing current procedures to achieve more efficient and high-quality support to our customers.

About the roleAs a Business Service Specialist, you will have a clear understanding of our key business goals and
actively manage our business clients and partners to generate long-term value for them and the platform. In addition, you also have to be a strong team player and willing to do things outside of the day-to-day work activities - driving local execution of our global projects through collaboration with
the Business Service Specialists team in managing business priorities.Bolt Business keeps ~30 000 businesses moving and ensures safe, reliable, and affordable ways for businesses in any industry to travel for work!
Main tasks and responsibilities:- Interact with Bolt Business customers and Strategic Partners over any supported channel, including, but not limited to phone, chat, and e-mail, answer their questions and solve issues in the best possible way considering customers' & Bolt's interests in any language known to the employee.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and respective employees with clear and strong communication.
- Keep track of company policy changes or new product launches and provide accurate information to Bolt Business customers and Strategic Partners.
- Work with cross-functional departments to drive business growth.
- Analyze market-specific behavior to gain insights and support the team in improving customer experience and vertical procedures.
- Project Management. You will work closely with local and global teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues in our customer service operations.
About you:- You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Customer Support for B2B clients.
- You have good analytical skills: ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- You exemplify ownership: show ability to proactively find solutions to business problems and have good project management skills
- You have passion: drive to work with new technologies or with B2B business.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with many stakeholders involved.
- You are a French native language and Native or C1/C2 English Business level speaker
