The opportunity

We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various tasks and drive the functioning of our internal teams. Your key responsibilities

Invoice Management:

• Oversee invoices issued by lawyers for their services billed to EY.
• Support the transition and implementation of a new self-invoicing tool for lawyers in the coming months.

Reporting and Monitoring:

• Track and maintain reporting on leave (e.g., annual leave, maternity, and paternity days) for ACLs.

Workflow Management for Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Handle the administrative process for new lawyers, including creation in HR systems.
• Manage the exit workflow for departing lawyers.
• Update systems when lawyers change ranks or roles within the organization.

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B1 level
• You possess a very Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)

• You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases
• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
• You are strong and highly-motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines.
• Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
