JOB PURPOSE

If you are looking for a Finance position and you speak French fluently, we have an exciting opportunity for you in our Customer Invoice to Cash organization. We are looking for someone who is eager to develop and gain knowledge while collaborating to our customers located in France.

Ci2C Trainee is responsible for delivering collection support services for the GBS Ci2C Collection Team.

Collection management support services:

• Manage customer communication and legal cases written and via phone
• Download and forward invoice copies, statement of account to customers
• Complete ad hoc admin tasks to the Collection Team and Team Leader
• Prepare and review AR ageing reports

Perform collection & dunning in Ci2C tools

• Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities

• Ci2C Collection Team Lead

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Functional

• Good business acumen
• Strong deductive and analytical skills

Technical

• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage

Interpersonal

• Ability to interact with colleagues, stakeholders in a professional manner
• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
• Good communication skills
• Attentive to customer needs and feedback
• Available for 30 hours per week

Language

• Active English language knowledge
• Fluent French language knowledge

Education:

• Currently studying a degree in Finance, Accounting or related subject
