The Opportunity

We're hiring a fluent French & English speaking Cash Collections Delivery Manager in Dublin. Manage Collections team(s) and collaborate closely with clients. Based in our Shared Service Centre, you'll oversee outsourced collection activities, leading a team of 10-20 Collectors across two offices. Reporting to the BPO Director, your role involves managing ongoing projects and organizing new collection initiatives for French/English clients. Join us and take charge of cash collections operations, driving financial recovery for our clients.

What you'll be doing

As a Client and Contract Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and ensure operational excellence across the contract base. You will oversee various aspects to ensure successful contract execution and client management. This includes:
  • Measuring activities, analyzing collection results, consolidating data, and auditing and measuring KPIs
  • Optimizing project workload and resources, assigning responsibilities to employees
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with account management
  • Establishing and executing action plans, promoting professional development, conducting performance reviews, and managing recruitment requests
  • Being responsible for technology adoption, budget follow-up, objective setting, and bonus calculation

As the Operational Implementation Manager for collections projects, your role will involve key responsibilities in ensuring successful project execution for both new and existing STN clients:
  • Working closely with the project manager (PS) to define the project's scope, organizational structure, and collection strategy
  • Establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients and creating relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with these agreements.
  • Participating in the project's governance, ensuring effective coordination and decision-making
  • Leading recruitment activities, spearheading the search for new team members to support project objectives
  • Taking ownership of the kick-off blueprint

What you'll bring to the team

We are looking for a bilingual professional (French/English) who has experience in Credit/Collections, Team Leading/Team Management, and knowledge of accounting and finance. Experience in managing projects and experience using various software will also be beneficial.

While we are open to consider applicants from various backgrounds, the ideal candidate will have:
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • 4-5 years successful experience in Cash Collection (B2B)
  • 2-3 years' experience in people management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both team members and customers
  • Team-player and collaborative spirit
  • Excellent autonomy and organizational skills
  • Problem-solver and solutions-driven with strong analytical skills
