EMEA, Benefit Administration Specialist with French

Location: Prague

Contract: full time

We are looking for a Benefit Administration Specialist. In this role YOU will be responsible for execution of various tasks in HR area, especially employee data management in Workday and other HR systems connected to employee life cycle management, also for ensuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (employees, managers, other GS and BU departments, suppliers). Last but not Least, YOU will follow HR processes, policies and legislation.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Receive, assign, update, classify, process cases in case management application for one or more processes
  • Identify case challenges and opportunities, and escalate to the supervisor/manager if needed
  • Ensure integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of transactions & documentation
  • Responsibility for delivering upon agreed SLAs
  • Ensuring policy and legal compliance
  • Assist and encourage users/customers to make effective use of self-service options, systems, products, service, etc. in order to drive rapid resolution and empower customers; educate and inform customers of the full range of Global Services HR available to them.
  • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issues resolution for knowledge database future reference


Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Language's skills: fluent English (oral and written) + fluent French (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Service Center experience, HR and/or Payroll, Procurement or Finance is a plus
  • Ability to perform administrative activities
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications (e.g., MS Office, email, fax, Internet Explorer)
