As an
Emerging Business Representative, you are proving your tenacity with prospecting, building customer relationships with the tactical level of organizations such as the IT Manager. You will be expected to disrupt customers thinking and build consensus for Softchoice solutions to secure deals, and support the organizational strategy of driving towards a services organization.
As a member of the inbound team you would be responsible supporting customers who have less than $500,000 in addressable spend with Softchoice.
What you'll do:
- Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from any unmanaged client in North America - profile accordingly
- Follow up and close transactional renewals
- Position solutions for client purchase requests and projects by positioning Softchoice products and services
- Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Follow up on quoted products and services
- Monitor incoming quote requests from a general inbox for all our unmanaged clients and respond accordingly
- Setting clients up on the Softchoice.com portal
- Drive web adoption on every call assisting clients to place orders on the Softchoice.com portal through "Web-Walk through DEMO" and the Procurement POV
- Profile and qualify unmanaged clients
- Attend trainings and learn/keep up with new products and technologies in order properly support client requests
- Drive customer experience (CX) scores up though "legendary customer service"
RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the table:- Up to 1-year of previous sales experience in retail or B2C background
- Must be a French Bilingual
- College or University degree
- Must be open to flexible work hours & statutory holiday alignment - you may be assigned to service customer in different times zones and country (US/Canada)
