Portfolio Analyst - French Speaker
A leading global real estate asset management firm specialising in Residential / Living Assets is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analyst to join its dynamic team. With an extensive international presence across nine countries, this organisation is dedicated to creating and maintaining the world's premier portfolio within this asset class.
Key Responsibilities
Investments

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for business planning, performance tracking, and forecasting.
• Support fund management through portfolio updates, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines.
• Prepare investor and client reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist in gathering industry insights and market research for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce performance analysis, reports, and investor presentations.

Transactions

• Lead financial modeling and research to support acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to validate underwriting assumptions and risk assessments.
• Provide financial analysis on investor returns and transaction revenue impact.
• Track and report actual vs. committed spend against approved acquisition budgets.

Key Skills & Experience
Essential:

• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling experience within a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Desirable:

• Degree-level education in finance, real estate, or a related field.
• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or residential real estate.
• Additional European language skills (German, Italian, or Spanish preferred).
• Previous exposure to high-value transactions and deal structuring.
