About the role

At FLANKS, we are looking for a Financial Analyst Expert - French Market to join our team. If you're a motivated professional with a passion for financial services and an in-depth understanding of the French market, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. What you'll do

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assess and Create Metrics: Assess and create risk and return analysis metrics to ensure accurate financial evaluations
• Review Financial Products: Review products from the French financial market to analyse and document future needs
• Analyse and Improve Data: Analyse current data and focus on its continuous improvement for greater accuracy
• Maintain Data Quality: Maintain and enhance data from market data providers to ensure consistent quality
• Coordinate and Support Teams: Coordinate and support other teams to streamline operations and ensure alignment

What we'd love to see

The essential skills we're looking for include:

• Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy
• Solid Excel skills: at least proficiency with pivot tables for data analysis and presentation
• Extensive knowledge of the French financial market and its products, along with a good understanding of market trends
• Experience in investment departments, with a strong foundation in financial analysis
• Familiarity with Morningstar and other market data providers to gather and evaluate financial information
• English proficiency is a requirement.

Additionally, the following would be nice to have:

• Speaking Spanish/German would be a plus
