Join Gentoo Media as a Site Manager and help us grow our online gambling affiliate business! You'll oversee and manage content and SEO strategies for designated affiliate websites in the Swiss market. Working closely with the SEO-Content team, you'll implement strategies to meet our Publishing department's goals: defending, growing, and diversifying our business. Your role includes day-to-day website management, reporting, and continuous content optimization.

What you will be doing:

• Work with the team to define and implement on-page and off-page content and seo strategies for each website under their supervision
• Day to day website management including: uploading content and content editing
• Keep an updated record of performing pages for for each website and communicate these to the relevant teams including the Outreach team
• Ensure that all content follows guidelines and is aligned with standards and guidelines provided by the Head of Publishing and the Head of SEO
• Lead communication with our freelance writers, and provide them with detailed templates and guidelines for all website content
• Attend monthly meetings for all units assigned to them, and assist team members in creating slidedeck
• Actively participate in other training and development opportunities
• Regularly check our portfolio of websites to discover issues or areas for improvement in terms of content and SEO and flag these to team members, offering assistance if required
• Use the SEO and Content tools provided to conduct website audits
• Monitor competitor websites in order to discover and fill content gaps, as well as gaps in relation to partners and technology
• Oversee the launch of new projects, websites and/or website languages with the aim of contributing to the diversification of our business
• Provide reports on content performance
