What success looks like in this role: - Liaises with stakeholders including Client Services & Support, Compliance and related teams to coordinate service / product ordering, delivery, processing and payment.
- Performs all required administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email (i.e., data entry / input for client enterprise, claims processing / review outsourced service.
- Managing, updating cases in the client's ticketing system
- Ensures all transactions / enquiries are processed accurately and within agreed upon quality targets and timeframes.
- Serves as a point of contact on complaints and problems logged and assists in the reporting and resolution of such complaints and problems.
- Identifies process improvements and recommends opportunities to enhance client services.
You will be successful in this role if you have:- Fluent French (close to native) and English language skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Generally, 2-4 years' experience in area of responsibility
- Multitasking skill
- Attention to details, accuracy
- Client focused approach
- Previous IT related experience is a plus
