Here is your chance to join in a newly established team as a French Speaking Inside Sales Team Leader.
Main Tasks:
- Directly overseeing team members, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Organizing daily business activities, setting priorities, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Establishing and maintaining internal and external communication channels, including management meetings, one-on-ones, and stakeholder engagements.
- Participating in customer-focused meetings, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the implementation of process enhancements requested by management.
- Acting as the primary contact for team members, addressing process-related queries, managing escalations, and supporting project execution.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), cascading annual team targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.
- Managing relevant cost lines to meet budgetary requirements while optimizing cost-benefit conditions.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, supporting process improvements, and actively contributing to projects and programs.
Requirements- Experience in a similar environment, with proven people management skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical skills to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
