French Speaking Quality Assurance Specialist

This is an exciting time to join our team as we expand to the French speaking market.

Reporting to the European Operations Manager, you will work as part of a high performing Sales and Operation team, supporting excellent customer service to AXA Global Healthcare clients on all aspects of our international Private Medical Insurance products and services.

What you can expect from the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for delivering on minimum requirements as regards quality checking on Sales and Retention team members. Our teams will sell and renew French Language policies for our business, so the ideal candidate will need to be fluent in French. Support on English language business will also be required to support business needs.

At AXA, we are adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Dublin office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers.

In this role you can expect to work from home three days of the week, and work with your team in the office two days per week. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring quality checking is complete within agreed timelines as per internal compliance requirements
  • Reporting on audit findings and actions to internal stakeholders
  • Suggesting improvements and corrective action based on audit findings.
  • Providing feedback to team managers and discussing quality outcomes.
  • Reporting upwards on areas of concern such as individual performance or unethical or illegal behaviours.
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets through adherence to minimum quality checking requirements,

  • Fluency in French and English essential.
  • Eager to collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence to act as a champion for a service or process in order to improve it or introduce changes that will be of benefit to the customer.
  • Able to assist with project work and provide data and knowledge where necessary.

  • Accurate and reliable, as well as dependable and accountable.
  • Confident, with a pleasant and professional communication style.
  • Keen to learn and grow in the role, receptive to feedback when needed.

  • As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in Ireland full-time and traveling to the UK for training purposes
