Job DescriptionRole purposeAs a Talent Partner you provide a first-class recruiting experience to hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues. Delivering the end-to-end recruitment process and focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients is part of your day-to-day job. You partner with hiring managers to understand their requisitions, agree process, and manage expectations and ensure candidates receive an excellent experience, engaging them with the Syngenta brand, function, and opportunities.
Accountabilities- Conduct briefing / strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
- Develop the sourcing strategy for your area of responsibility, using your market knowledge and data analysis to inform these decisions
- Write high-impact, creative job adverts in line with corporate Syngenta branding, utilizing the company's employee value propositions and any key functional messages which increases talent attraction
- Work closely with the business to develop campaigns which support recruitment drives or initiatives such as attendance at careers fairs, industry events
- End to end candidate management - active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview, offer
- Maintain the candidate workflow in the ATS to ensure data is accurate for reporting and HR administration hand off purposes
- Optimize use of candidate relationship management (CRM) system, through proactive talent pooling, recruitment marketing, and employer branding
- Work proactively with hiring managers to understand the medium and long term needs of the business outside day to day reactive requisition management
- Collaborate with HRBP's to anticipate future needs in relation to talent strategy, pipelining, and ensure the correct talent attraction strategies are in place to achieve this
- Participate in global, regional, or country level projects that enhance client experience and/or increase efficiency of the recruitment process / offering
- Manage external recruitment agencies where needed and the continuous assessment of agency performance
QualificationsYour ProfileTo be successful in this role you have demonstrable international experience as a recruitment / talent acquisition partner, ideally gained within a global, highly matrixed organization.
The enthusiastic, proactive colleague we are looking for knows how to recruit in complex, narrow candidate markets across multiple geographies.
You have a deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and you are well versed in various sourcing, headhunting & recruiting methodologies.
You are a strong communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English. If you speak additional languages that is an advantage.
Are you able to influence a broad range of stakeholders? Analyze data and trends and translate them to meaningful insights and think through complex problems and determine solutions?
