You will be experienced and well qualified, but mostimportantly, you will have the girls' aspirations and welfare at the heart ofyour vision. We are seeking someone who values kindness and generosity, who canbuild transformational relationships and who wants to make a difference toevery individual, as an individual.
This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and enthusiasticTeacher of French with a passion for their subject and a commitment to ensurethat every pupil flourishes in the highly successful department. The successful candidate will be teach to ALevel. The ability to teach Spanish toGCSE would be an advantage.

Roedean is committed tosafeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expectsall staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Applicants willbe required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post,including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service(DBS).
The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare allconvictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending aninterview (including those which are "spent" unless they are"protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess theirsuitability to work with children.
