As part of the
FR Operations Management team for 6 months, your mission is to
distill a vision for operations that aligns with the company's business plan, and
develop a resilient system performing at its maximal potential.

Our Key Responsibilities - Lead and Execute: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders-product, data, sales teams, other operations teams, and others-to align efforts and maximize impact.

Your responsibilities :You'll be a key force in

testing and scaling business ideas within our
OPS LAB. This specialized team experiments in real-world conditions-whether it's exploring new product verticals, refining service offerings, or evolving our sales approach-to
push boundaries and
drive innovation. With the ultimate goal of participating in papernest sustainable growth.
Key Outcomes to Achieve - Gather Disruptive Ideas: Collect fresh concepts from a diverse range of stakeholders (Product, SalesOps, Operations, Partnerships, etc.).
- Manage End-to-End Tests: Score and prioritize ideas, incorporate them into a clear roadmap, coordinate real-world testing with sales teams, analyze quantitative and qualitative results, and share insights with key stakeholders.
- Scale Proven Successes: Identify initiatives that deliver strong outcomes and collaborate on their broader rollout.
- Track Future Innovations: Maintain a running log of potential enhancements and novel approaches for ongoing improvement.
