Order Desk Officer - Dutch & French Speaker

Your Title: Order Desk Officer

Job Location: Belgium, Ieper or Leuven (hybrid work model)

Our Department: Trimble Transport & Logistics

Orderdesk is the section of Trimble where all new sales orders are handled so that they can be prepared, packed and shipped to our customers.
After shipment, Orderdesk creates and sends the invoice to the customers.
If you are detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good communication skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

What You Will Do

• Processing and follow-up of the placed order
• Preparing invoices
• Reviewing of contracts (cancellations, renewals, changes)
• Reviewing and processing order
• Coordination of orders with internal departments
• Setting up invoicing schedule and creation of client invoices
• Follow up of changes throughout the lifecycle of the contract
• Supporting collection process by administering the reminder process
• Involved in testing of enhancements to the core business systems

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French; knowledge of another European language is a plus
• Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, high integrity, and a hands on approach
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Several years of experience in an administrative function, and also with analytical tasks
• IT literate: you are strong in understanding systems and processes
