The scope of Contract Services department includes end to end processing of contract orders, communication with customers and resolving issues. The Contract Administration team is responsible for the accurate entry of Zebra Service Contract information into Zebra's system. They act as a subject matter specialists on all matters related to the service contract, responding to inquiries from management, Zebra's sales teams and the customer. Are you want to be one of us?

  • Learns and applies knowledge of Zebra's systems, process and philosophies around management of Service Contracts
  • Enters new service contract data into the system, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence
  • Meets or exceeds all departmental or individual metrics associated with performance against service level agreements such as 3 Business Day turnaround time on contracts, responding to customers as soon as possible
  • Provides price quotes on service contracts on request
  • Ensures accurate recording, tracking and filing of all assigned contracts
  • Responds to customer or internal inquiries regarding service contract entitlements, invoices and purchase orders
  • Raises any new or problems to management for assistance
  • May coordinate with other internal departments regarding order status, invoicing, discounts, resolution of issues, etc.

  • Fluent in French language
  • Communicative English language
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and quality
  • Proficient level of English (written and verbal)
  • Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer service values and orientation
  • Proven professional work behaviors as attendance, teamwork and time management
  • Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using accurate language and grammar)
