We are now looking for an Order Management Intern, French Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

In this role you will handle Order Management tasks with full responsibility of giving the promise internally and externally. What you will do

• Provide supply chain support in Order Management role
• Take care of orders' correctness based on new and archived data
• Monitor alerts
• Make simple system movements
• Ensure timely replies to e-mails
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
• Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Who you are

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree, alternatively have basic experience in customer service or order processing
• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities
• You coordinate and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to collaborate with multiple teams
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

The position is located in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

The position holder will report to Kamil Kałuża, Team Leader, Order Management.

We are offering a contract of mandate.
