In this role, you will:

• Verify promotional invoices and provide instructions for credit notes.
• Identify, track, and escalate rebate and pricing queries and issues.
• Manage promotional invoices to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze and negotiate the resolution of rebate audit queries from retailers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Finance, and Retail customers.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and pricing activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate setting up and changing of pricing and rebates in the Pricing systems and understand and fulfill all internal policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Ability to interpret financial data, solid Excel skills, and strong SAP skills.
• Excellent time management skills, sense of urgency, able to separate urgent and important.
• Adaptable/responsive to change, proactive/can-do attitude,
• Excellent communication and fluent English & French (written & verbal), interpersonal skills will be essential.
• Team player with the ability to use own initiative and work with multiple deadlines/tasks.
• Driven to continuously improve processes and own development, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, analytical and high level of accuracy.
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and able to manage pressured situations.
