Project Management Officer [PMO] - French speaking
We established our business unit in Prague back in November 2016 and our team is ready to welcome a new PMO with French language skills.
The main responsibilities for this role are:
- Managing the end-to-end governance processes and updating the supporting systems as required;
- Co-ordinating the regular Status Report and dashboard
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels within the shareholders and suppliers to ensure timely provision of accurate information in line with the agreed reporting cycles;
- Ensuring data captured and maintained is accurate and is being effectively utilized by the project community to support delivery.
We expect the candidates to bring:
- Previous Project Coordination/PMO Analyst experience;
- Experience with managing structured frameworks, such as project governance, quality standards, committee or board meetings;
- English and French language skills.
