Responsibilities:- Initial review of the contractual/bid documentation and interaction with the bid team
- Create customer proposals and preparation of the relevant initiation documentation
- Analyze project information data and project status, organize handover meeting
- Update project status in the relevant tools and systems (monthly and quarterly forecast, risk management)
- Manage project costs, revenues, invoices to customer
- Participating to Delivery Reviews when the project is at risk
- Prepare SOW (Statement of Work) for 3rd parties and coordinate SOW signatures
- Open requests and follow up on requests for procurement support
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers whenever necessary
Requirements:- Experience in a project leadership role or in similar roles/businesses
- Fluency in French and English
- University degree
- Experience and literacy in - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- ITIL process knowledge is an advantage
- Project management fundamentals is an advantage
