Tasks & responsibilities- Providing support for the Source to Pay process starting from the order creation to the payment
- Assisting & answering queries from the global user community related to the invoices and purchasing orders
- Providing training how to use the Purchasing Tool WeBuy (SAP Ariba)
- Being main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support
- Processing requests in Service Now
- Processing incoming queries (via call, MS Teams or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
- Analysis of system mistakes and reporting this to the admin teams
About our future employeeYou should speak French fluently (B2+) and English well (B1+).
Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in customer service or contact center
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
