Senior International Recruiter / Talent Acquisition - French/German/Dutch/Swedish

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to join our dynamic growth in Barcelona, and to contribute to our market development. You will need to be based in Barcelona, to play your part in our dynamic team, in our beautiful modern office. Enjoy the sun and beach while using your skills and expertise.

We have implemented the latest HR Technologies, to enable our consultants, clients and candidates have an amazing experience. We are currently expanding to develop our innovative model and are looking to recruit new Consultants to build relationships with our candidates and clients. We are interested in motivated, tech savvy, commercially driven and strong communicators, who are looking to join our interesting Tech driven International Recruitment company.
In addition, Talented aims to offer our teams, the most exciting and fun recruitment environment available on the market, similar to Tech Start-up companies, but for the recruitment sector. With our unique model, we also plan to launch in several countries in Europe and the USA.
Our expectations of you are to Build relationships
You will be focusing on building and nurturing great client and candidate relationships, to provide excellent talent selection and assessment. We expect you to be at the top of your game, driven, focused, with a strong commercial acumen in mind, paying attention to details that make a difference and ensuring quality in everything you do.
In this role, you will:
- Work with active positions internationally with key large corporations
- Have full use of great Recruitment Technologies to be very more efficient
- Be working in a tech start-up environment
- Be in a fun and positive only environment
- Contribute to building new markets, helping make Talented a great international company
- Not have to compete with your colleagues - Team work is key for us

- Be creative by taking on projects to find the next best thing in HR/Recruitment
- Drive a quality sourcing and selection process for clients
- Coach and mentor other consultants
- Join a very automated client acquisition to help drive new clients for you
How you can BE Talented with us:
Number 1 priority: Have a Great personality, a Smart thinking attitude and Amazing communication skills
For the rest:
3-4 years' experience in recruitment for mid to top level positions
You will have strong experience in recruiting for roles in areas like Sales, Finance, Engineering or Pharma
You will have some experience working in a recruitment agency understand delivery & service pressure
Have a good commercial acumen, building relationships, as you will need to entice clients and candidates to work with you and encourage them to trust you
Motivated, dynamic and driven to work towards greater things and achieve great client satisfaction
Strong interest in new technologies is a big plus
Fluent level of English, to work with international clients, candidates and colleagues.
Fluent in another language like German, French, Dutch or Swedish
