Company DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Solutions Engineer for Wix Enterprise, you will strike the right balance between pre-sales professional and technical guru. You will help our potential customers envision how Wix can benefit them.
You will:
- Understand both business challenges and technical requirements of prospective clients, and build the full solution architecture, working with different departments (such as Product, R&D, Onboarding etc.) to get the prospective clients to successfully adopt the platform
- Do everything related to pre-sales: discovery, value-based demos, proof of concepts, technical competitive analysis in order to demonstrate how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers, tech leads and design teams as a subject-matter expert.
- Work alongside fulfillment teams and Account Managers and consult regarding delivery of Wix Enterprise products post-sale
Qualifications- You have at least 2 years of experience in selling technical products in a technical client services environment, or are a software developer who has worked directly with customers in the past in a technical consulting role.
- You're proficient in French and English and you can explain topics clearly, build rapport and adapt the tone of your writing and speaking for different audiences.
- You are experienced with client side technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiar with analytics & data platforms, cloud platforms and mobile development.
- You have the ability to build a deep technical scope based on customer requirements and guide them towards the technical win.
- You are creative, a problem solver and able to collaborate with others to drive success.
- You have experience working with Enterprise level clients. You can gain prospects' confidence and communicate complex topics to multiple levels of audience including C-suite.
