SECTION 1 - ESSENTIAL CRITERIA The following are
essential criteria which will initially be measured at the shortlisting stage and which

Factor Desirable Criteria Method of Assessment Qualifications and Experience Hold an Honours Degree (minimum 2:1 or above) which has a high academic content in the curricular areas most taught in French.
Experience of teaching French to GCSE for a minimum of one year.
Have qualifications, training and/or experience to offer an additional subject, which at the time of appointment, best meets the curricular needs of the school.
Have qualifications, training and/or experience to assist with Grosvenor Grammar School extra-curricular provision.

DISCLOSURE OF CRIMINAL BACKGROUND The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 defines working directly with children or young people or in specified places as 'regulated activity'.
