Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for aTest LeadFrench Speaker.We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of Business Analyst tests within the project, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Input test subjects and results into the dedicated tool, following established standards.
• Oversee the elaboration, validation, and communication of test deliverables, ensuring proper prioritization.
• Manage the execution of tests within the defined scope and provide necessary information for the Go/No Go decision.
• Report risks related to delays or quality issues and provide feedback on progress to the Test Manager and project stakeholders.
• Created and communicated test reports to stakeholders, managing test progress and defects in project committees.
• Identify and report anomalies, contribute to prioritizing and resolving them, and ensure effective communication of test progress.
• Contribute to final reports, documentation, and procedures related to testing and anomalies.

Requirements for the role

• Degree in Informatics or related field.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and ISTQB principles.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Test activities.
• Proficiency in French and ability to build test strategies and schedules.
• Experience in managing software testers and working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of testing tools like Octane, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
• Familiarity with API testing and risk identification.
• Strong coordination, communication, and motivation skills, with systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
• Ability to manage stress and conflicts, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of life insurance or banking product testing (desirable).
• Experience with scripting tests using KARATE (desirable).
• Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality results.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Must be a Portugueseor Europeancitizen or have a work permit for Portugal.
