We provide high-quality professional services for more than 35 countries in various fields of activity - Finance & Accounting, HR, IT and Corporate Operations. The program is designed for talented individuals, final-year students, and young graduates, ready to start their professional journey and looking to gain practical experience in a real-world work environment. YGain! is a great way to get hands-on experience and build skills that will help you excel in your career.
Specifically, you will be required to:
• You will be hired to work alongside experienced professionals and learn about our organization's operations, culture, and values. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain insight into the industry. You will have the chance to work with multiple teams and learn about different functions.
• You will receive mentorship from seasoned professionals and participate in regular training sessions to help you grow and develop your skills;
• This 6-month paid program has been designed to offer you the possibility to really understand the area and the job that you chose;
• During the first 4 weeks, you will be experiencing all our Business Lines and activities, with a program of 5h/day and, gradually, you will begin to discover and take control of your new job. After this period, you will continue full time, meaning to a program of 8 hours a day, lunch break included.
Profile required
- Final year students or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master degree;
- No prior work experience needed;
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level) and/or French (B1 level);
- Desire to learn and start your professional experience in a multinational and multicultural organization;
- Oral and Written communication skills;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm.
