Accountant (French speaking)

Job Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accountant who is fluent in French and English. This is a fantastic Financial Accountant job opportunity to join a great company based in the Guildford, Surrey area. The Accountant will be part of the Finance team, assisting with monthly management accounts and journals for France and the UK.

Salary: £45-50K

Location: Hybrid working - 3 days office based, Guildford

Parking onsite

Financial Accountant duties include:

• Producing financial reports
• Monthly management accounts for the UK and France
• Submission of IOSS, VAT, other statutory returns
• Checking and loading of payments
• General ledger reconciliations
• Fixed asset register
• Commission reports
• Managing a member of the team

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar accounting - Financial Accountant, Accountant type role
• Fluent in French and English
• Good IT skills
• People management experience
