Junior Marketing Coordinator (m/f/x) - French Speaker

About this role :

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing Coordinator in Hybrid or Remote (Berlin-based preferred) To help our French marketing team increase user engagement on our Dealabs Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Share our best deals on Facebook and Instagram Stories daily, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement on Instagram and Facebook, using a data-driven approach to constantly test and optimize results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly to inform the team of the success of our social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and community members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty among our users.
  • Keep up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Dealabs stays at the forefront of the social media landscape.
  • Respond to user comments, questions, and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns during special events, promotions, or partnerships.
  • Assist with creating and curating high-quality visual content for social media platforms, adhering to the Dealabs brand identity.
Your Profile :
  • Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • Proven experience in growing social media reach and engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Interest in or familiarity with the deals and discount industry is a plus.
