Role Overview:
The French Teacher will play a key role in developing students' proficiency in the French language and their understanding of French culture. This position involves teaching students using both traditional and innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging French language lessons aligned with school standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies and materials to meet various learning needs.
- Assess and track student progress through assignments, exams, and other assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Teaching certification in French language education.
- Experience teaching French
- Native or near-native fluency in French and English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional growth and development.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Ability to integrate cultural elements into language teaching.
