Job Description
Our "PASis" are looking for new colleagues! The People Administration & Services team works with the latest HR software and is excited every day about the company's digital mindset. DO WHAT YOU LOVE
- You manage onboarding processes (e.g. employment contracts, mandatory affiliations)
- You handle changes (e.g. employee transfers, promotions, etc.)
- You manage offboarding processes (e.g. confirmation letters)
- You prepare AT declarations
- You monitor medical visits as well as employee insurance
- You perform various HR administrative tasks
Qualifications
COME AS YOU ARE
- You have a degree in human resources or a similar qualification
- You have proven initial experience in personnel administration
- You are responsive, meticulous, organized, and maintain confidentiality
- You possess good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy teamwork
- You are proficient in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word)
- You have very good French and English skills (spoken and written)
