Senior Assistant (Bilingual French / English) - Permanent Position

We are a strategic and financial communication consulting firm actively seeking an Senior Assistant (Bilingual English) to join our team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

What tasks can you look forward to?

You are responsible for the office management in our Paris office - this includes everything from groceries and material ordering to overall smooth processes and the organization of smaller internal events and meetings.

In addition, you will be responsible for running all general administrative secretarial tasks for our local Partners, e.g. calendar management, coordination of any organizational tasks, travel planning, booking and expense accounting via SAP, scheduling appointments and correspondence in English and French.

You are also in charge of assisting our teams in project management. This includes set-up of new client projects, as well as preparing the invoicing of our clients.

Moreover, you are the main contact person for our supplier management for the Paris office, as well as invoicing and accounting.

Your Profile:

What should you bring along?

Graduate of a Bac+2/3 as management assistant or equivalent university education

Professional experience in a comparable position in an international - ideally service - environment

High level of motivation and initiative, sense of responsibility as well as team spirit, loyalty, and reliability

Excellent command of English and French in both spoken and written business communication; German language skills are an advantage

Experienced handling of the common MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) applications
