YOUR ROLE
  • Manage phone, email, & web forminquiries for common requests (eg. basic product info, product documentation, purchase options)
  • Identify and route inquiries thatrequire expertise from another team (eg. technical support, customer service)
  • Build relationships with keycontacts within Henkel business units to define workflow processes
  • First identification andqualification of potential new customers
  • Strong cooperation with technicalsupport teams
  • Maintain knowledge managementdatabases and resources.


YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
  • Minimum of 1 year experience withinCall Center, Customer Service, Technical Service, or any related field
  • English and French Speaker, capable of multitasking and remaining resilient under pressure.
  • Strong ability to communicatearticulately and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in digital tools of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
